At GU Energy Labs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fueling experience. If our products do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly through our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
